Lea is the founder and President of Sagacity Consulting, a company specializing in emotional intelligence. She brings passion, dedication, and clarity to EQ training that enables her audience to challenge themselves to use emotions intelligently. Lea leaves individuals with key strategies that can be implemented the very same day a key reason that she was chosen as a featured speaker for the Chapters of Health Seminar Series. She has published articles in Professional Speaker and other business magazines and is a featured writer and contributor to the Chapters of Health monthly newsletter.
Lea is qualified to deliver the EQi assessment and the LCA Organizational Climate Profile. She is the author of a number of published articles on emotional intelligence and has appeared on TV and radio. She is a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers and is a current member of the Board of Directors for the CAPS chapter in Halifax.
Lea co-chaired the successful Halifax NexusEQ conference with Joshua Freedman. The conference was a transformational experience for the international audience allowing them to learn from the world experts in emotional intelligence.
